    since the last CR at 2c, they have not had 1 piece of negative news

    the shareprice should be closer to 3c+ based on the progress since january

    remember we still have QLD and NSW hospital news to come in the near term

    the time to be buying is now when the price is at current levels if you back them to get the job done. the day they announce something in line with your last paragraph, the price will be a multiple of current levels IMO.
