Totally agree Fiendish - if I look at my big ones over the years (Andean springs to mind), it wasn’t the JORC that sent the SP flying.
However, the point I am making, which is slightly different, is that if JA misses his own deadline of Q4 2012 for the JORC, how can we trust IVR going forward (especially when one considers recent events)?
I don’t think anyone is questioning the potential of our landholdings, in fact I would guess most believe we are sat on a world class discovery - the burning question is can management deliver us value as shareholders? The previous experience of our management team would suggest ‘yes’ in my view but they need to restore some faith over the next 6 months.
