re: Ann: GMM secures JV on Oyut Tolgoi copper... Ok there is one of two things going on here.

1) Making the stock look pretty so we take up our shares on the cap raising. (which i doubt because Investmet will take up the balance anyway, but still might be the case)

2) Bids started to build after the last announcement in regards to copper. There must be more to it that investors are getting a sniff about.
