i have it that ss&t has only tipped in $5million, not sure if they taken all of timeones PLV holdings as security for that..

but a takeover? how the hell would that work?

- once they cross 20% we need to get FIRB approval
- once they get to 30% they are subject to takeover legislation

i'd like to see a chinese controlled entity get EPA/FIRB approval once they already shafted us, not to mention by extension the natives.. elly wang might receive the same treatment as that of james cook when he turned up to hawaii for some R&R..

timeone 'could' still be doing Irvine, there has been no mention that they are not. but if they are OUT as well then obviously we need another JV partner for Irvine with port and beneficiation access (could our Australian JV have chinese connections for this?).

ss&t are clearly out, but appear to control timeone, its very messy hopefully once all is announced tony can clear a lot of things up regarding the legalities of this mess and what it means for us, options etc.. would be great if the 'hunted' can be become the 'hunter'..
