$1 mill in exchange for 15% interest (is that 15% full stop or p.a.? - if the former then 30% p.a) + 5% fees.
Considering the 15% is payable up front - you would assume on the full amount.
So 15% + 5% = 20%
OK - give us (ESI) $1 million and we will give you $200,000 back + your $1 million = $1.2 mill. Not a bad return for a 6 mth loan!
....and "we are not out of pocket"?
Where do you think that $200,000 comes from CT?
