At least AMX gave a decent reply. I reckon they were really peeved off to be issued with this pathetic speeding ticket. Shame on the ASX imo.
Here's part of the reply:
"The Company’s securities are currently trading at historically low levels. Recent Broker Research Reports and financial media have highlighted that Ampella’s extremely low share price does not reflect the Company’s significant resource base and exploration portfolio.
The Company released an Investor Presentation to the ASX on 16 July 2012 together with a Boardroom Radio Broadcast on 18 July 2012 and the Managing Director is currently delivering an Investor Roadshow across Australia and to overseas institutional investors and their advisers outlining the commercial gold production opportunities for the Company.
Further, on 18 July 2012 Substantial Shareholder Acorn Capital Limited announced an increase in its shareholding in the Company from 5.35% to 6.53%."
