I'm sure there are avenues to stop the sale or transfer of shares by Timeone similar to what is available to stop the sale of property (such as placing a caveat on the property). In any case, I trust Tony will weigh up the cost/benefit of any action chosen that maximises the benefit to us shareholders.
With regard to the new potential JV deal what is interesting to me is that they are trying to get it all signed by the end of the month without requiring approval from us shareholders. If so, this at least tells us that they won't be issuing more than 15% in new shares. So assuming total shares on issue of 300M that equates to 45M new shares and even at $0.355 this would only be valued at $16M. There's the env bond valued at $20M. We know the previous deal was valued around $70M so what is the most likely composition for this new deal?
