One thing we agree on sartori -let's hope this deal and the future results in an uptick in the sp. I definitely do not disagree with you on management accountability. But there are certain things that are out of their control and criticising these are futile.
The advantage for plv if any issue arose with timeone is the assets are traceable and Australian based. The plv shares do not just disappear into thin air. That is what aka and chubbs were implying. The entity receiving the shares can also be investigated to what relationship it has with the seller. The question is just like people are dubious when dealing with such a company wouldn't they be dubious of such a sudden transfer of shares. And of course shares are also ASX listed making it even more complicated.
These are some of the issues that need to be addressed.
