GXY is a dog with flees. I wouldn't be surprised if the major shareholders gather together and call a shareholder’s meeting to vote off existing management. The L1 acquisition was very poorly timed. Managements interests are not aligned with long term shareholders. Management are working for some other party, perhaps the Chinese Government???
