Generally UT the comments of the bears are more suited to economic treatise of a socialist nature and are better suited to the economics forum. Fortunately with property the experience, instinct or street smarts and on the ground knowledge do not make for convincing reading. No amount of convincing of friends of a coming surge in property prices was credible based on astrological economics gurus in the 90s. Now they say I am lucky. Sure those who have done it understand. The bears on this forum seem to have massive chips on their shoulders. Must be as a result of the block of wood upstairs lol.
