Firstly Scorp, from my experience, legals should be avoided at all costs. It is about deep pockets, long delays over 7 or more years, huge financial and mental costs. It is far easier to avoid the pitfalls. And what particular case are you referring to...the way OKAP do business, or the above topic which we are just now becoming aware of other possible important 'business' links...that is still in progress.

Can you refer me to the time JB bought $100,000 worth on market, I do not recall such a purchase. Anyway my point above was without knowledge of sells by say OKAP or other associates, we do not really know the full details of NET purchase or sales. eg. JB buys a small amount, and OKAP sells a large amount, and window dressing is complete. As for 'speculate', you can call it that, or, I stayed to the facts, stating that the info is unavailable because of the use of nominee coys, no one can piece the info together. Thats what coys like to do. AS for a director buying low selling high...well my personal opinion is that directors should not speculate and deal in a coys shares, and they should definately have some skin in the game as well. Most directors at this end of the scale usually have way above 1%, so JBs holding of less than 1% I do not find a strong show of faith, but hey, I am entitled to my opinion.

I have no idea what you mean by "But there isnt at this stage - so again, it is all cynical heresay dragged over from another companies misfortune." Like what is the other coy you refer to? I know many here have referred to all the OKAP kennel, not just one.

And Big, that ref to the ABC doco on Brett Kebble was a fascinating report that helped expose what can occur, and did in Sth Africa. That is why any of their associates need to be on the smart peoples list to avoid. I am looking forward to any further info Sparkler can supply from his research.
