SOL could offer us 1 for 50 shares ie 26+ cents per share. Would only marginally increase their shares on issue. In the process they bank $60mill in cash, all of our tenements, no longer will have to pay royalties, gain free access to other copper deposits we have (Mt Colin, Kangaroo Rat etc), White Dam and some franking credits. It is a no brainer for them. Surprised they have not done it sooner. The mind boggles.
