Is this action legal and can the company suspend trading again on Monday.
Where are all the financial assets held? Hopefully in Australia.
I know the they let the cat out of the bag on the TSX but can that be reversed ie cancel all trades.
Anyone have any advice or knowledge on this.
This is quite extraordinary and my question is has the JV partner acted legally.
What weighting will Singapore's rules have in Indonesia?
What a freakin mess. I have a headache just thinking about it.
