    I'm not flash with my Serbian but I think the gist of the story is they bought 4m euro back in the day and 1.4m's worth has now expired.

    The harsh reality of stockpiling is its 1. Expensive 2. Probably won't be used and 3. The products expire.

    Sounds like everyday insurance policies...
