I think you might have the wrong end of the stick there. FDA approval is the gold standard of clinical approval and the prestige and credibility value will reverberate around the world. Further, AVH has the US Defense Department backing the clinical trials.

The reason AVH doesn't reflect full value as yet is the difficulty it had with earlier launches, some management mis-steps years ago that meant a loss of credibility in the medical profession. You will have to research further to understand this more fully but I've posted on this many times as have others.

The reason sales are gaining slow but steady traction is AVH management is focusing on centres of excellence, which rely on gaining the trust of medical leaders. Progress is incremental. FDA approval will provide a leapfrog effect in terms of international recognition.
