Oh, I reckon the ZYL funding will definitely be sorted! However, the waiting period (for say, people like me who like ZYL), is whether to buy now, or if there is a capital raising, it might be at a lower share price. This seems to be why ZYL sits @ 12c, but I may be wrong. Takeover now (this was the price where the two parties made corporate overtures) or fund-raising?
