OK Dott , I will take you at your word .
Here is my contribution .
The Big O said recently :
"however a geo consultant associate of mine (who has been spot on so far) says the company should first do a full scale magnetic survey to determine the best location to drill at depths in excess of 50m."
Here is why :
I have suggested to you several times to read the NI43101 document for the HUSAB (Rossing South) project , see Section 6.2 , as follows :
"In 2006, Extract undertook a geological and structural review of the Husab project area and
formulated a targeting plan for deposits located under surface cover. EXTRACT USED MAGNETIC DATA TO TARGET THE CONTACT POSITIONS OF THE KHAN FORMATION WITH FOLLOW UP DRILLING THROUGH THE COVER SEQUENCE TO SAMPLE THE UNDERLYING BEDROCK. In 2007, a traverse of three angled RC
drillholes targeted mineralisation beneath a low-level RAB anomaly. The RC drilling intersected significant uraniferous pegmatitic alaskites, with follow up drilling defining the Husab Uranium Project Zone 1 and Zone 2 prospects (Spivey and Penkethman, 2009)."
Does that make sense so far ?
Some posters who have contacted the Company recently have reported back that the team is reviewing the data available to target deep drilling .
IMO that would include magnetic data which imo is already available ...see my post of last Wednesday .
At this time , we have a number of datasets ( both geochemical and geophysical)that indicate a uranium source in the tenement .Absolutely undeniable !
However , this time round ,there is so much riding on the next step that imo they will be painstakingly thorough as to where the drill is to go in they will be wearing belt , braces and 4 condoms to make sure there is no accident .
So , I don't rule out anything , but I do look forward to getting the next bit of news , and to getting on with it .
Back to HUSAB :
My understanding is that Extract were targetting a MAGNETIC LOW when they discovered their deposit .
So IMO , hold on to your hat with MLS if you see a similar scenario emerge .All of the other indicators are in place .
Facts and information , not ramping .
Best wishes to all.
