How would you feel if you sold and Tol was released within the next 7 - 30 days
How much further will it go down from here, 70 odd cents again, who knows,
You get locked out prior to Tol being announced with a TH, what price will it open,
Some questions you may have to look at, nobody knows your financial position better than you, so IMO, nobody can answervthe above questions relating directly to your own predicament better than you!
