As I understand it, confirmation of a technical buy signal doesn't have to occur straight away. It may take another week for the confirmation candlestick to form. If you look at the four price doji back in Oct 2010, the following week was a small red candlestick, however, the week after was a long green candlestick.
I believe Torey was hoping that the cap raising would be completed by the end of July, so we will all know soon enough how successful it was. It will be interesting to find out if Xstrata have participated.
