Justin, I think the report is fantastic and I have made a lot of money following it over the years. If you do subscribe, spread your money across a number of his recommendations because no-one (even some of the know it alls on HC) gets it right everytime. He has had a few stocks that have performed badly but his overall record is very good.
There are a lot of his subscribers who don't follow his advice and pay well above the recommended limit which would decrease their profits. However, I have found if you stick to his limits you often get to buy the stock at his recommended price and make a very good return.
Apart from the recommendations, I have found I have learnt a great deal from the report and he has saved me money by recommending that subscribers don't buy certain shares or if they have them to sell them.
I highly recommend it and given that many of his subscribers have been subscribing for years I would say thats a good sign as to its usefulness.
I think you can get a refund if you aren't happy so give it a go.
