The institutional insiders surely would have known at least 3 months in advance as to whether it would list or not (a dominant reason as to how the US got so wealthy) - more importantly why I refer to the 'true high' as being $1.38 rather than the $1.78 many refer to.

Of course will need to put my money where my mouth is tomorrow! Also note the huge volume today ...
