in my simple way let me sum it up. lets get real...
- great prospects but more than can be managed by the board
- lack of investment dollars
- lack of deals,investment & techncal capability leaves a vacum
- no investment dollars
- poor judgement leads to legal rangle
- no investment dollars
- big boy moves in and scares shit out of the board
- board needs to get balls
- no investment dollars
- more investment prospects than one can pock a stick at
- did i mention no investment dollars
- infighting
- did i mention the leadership vacum

i dont want to come across a negative, which this might, byt reality bits, but the ctp discussion itself seems spilt, indecisive, unsure about the future...probably reflects the board. however, like most of you i have a stake and wish for a positive change.
