I did have a criticism on mmm's post but due to the futility of previous attempts to engage him or her I decided it wasn't worth my time. I've just reread your post and don't see any reference to mmm there at all.

FWIW a cap raising at .4 when sp is .6 is a far bigger discount than I've ever seen so unlikely, unless they don't pull their finger out and leave it until VWAP gets to .5 in which case .4 would be the customary 20% discount. If it came to a vote I be voting to CR now and get on with it. The best case scenario I can see is to book a driller with a deposit, announce a drill date then hope that pumps the price for a CR to pay the balance before drilling starts.
