don't even bet the cash backing creates a floor for the sp. WEC had $100m+ cash and that didn't spare further falls in its price for many months and i have plenty of scars to show. it kept on breaking new lows even when they are further down the legal proceedings against the Indos.
there are so many "world class" assets that haven't made it into production. explorers esp with high capex are cast aside as risk tolerance is extremely low during this global crisis in reality.
