What Tompo stated in his comments could be for real, and the whole truth. As such, IMHO, you could be jumping the gun a little too soon.

Reason I am saying this is because no one knows what sort of events anyone can come across while totally unexpected in his/her's life, and I can see in his post that, that could very well be the case.

It could be for family reasons, for health reasons, financial reasons that none of us are privvy to, or even due to some margin callings that came in while totally unexpected, and he/she has no other alternatives but to cash in what he/she can.

Tompo, I may know of someone that may be able to take the balance of 400k shares at the twelve cents offer.
