TPG was fully aware of the Nixon transaction and that is why their conditions stipulated: "no change in brand shareholdings other than the Nixon transaction"
The $1.60 being touted by Citi etc is where they would like to get it at but they will pay at least $1.75, same as last offer
tpg makes $1.45 offer for bbg, page-51
