300,000,000 shares to be issued at no less than 80% of the market price of the company's shares calculated over the last 5 days on which sales in the shares were recorded before the day on which the issue was made.

The shares were to be issued within 3 months of the date of the meeting which was held on the 9th of May so not long to go if they are successfull in raising more money and gaining a cornerstone investor.
