IMHO, and from memory, it was not a loan as it was from a sale of an assets. If it was a vendor's finance it should appear as a secured debt as vendor financed with some sort of security attached to it (Ie first mortgage), and shown in the Balance Sheet of the company, and I simply can't find it. It would be very much appreciated if you coud direct me to that part.
Anyway, since when does a company is selling shareholders assets to a third party with vendor finance attached to it, when we are in strife ourselves by being short of funds. Maybe only ADY can do that, lol.
Never heard of that before mate.
