It appears as two tranches in last financial year's balance sheet,under Current Assets ($854,511) and Non-Current Assets ($777,992). And the accounting treatment is explained in footnote 12 in the balance sheet. Are you able to read a balance sheet?
The financial statement that I was referring to in my orignal post was the LATEST cash flow statement not a balance sheet.Don't rely on guesswork, work from facts!
In reference to your preferred accounting treatment of this liabilty,I have been around long enough to realise that Accountants, like many other professions, don't always agree. However, I have no trouble with the classification of this debt,unless at the end of the due period (October), it is still not fully repaid. Then,depending on the state of any negotiations regarding its repayment, it may need to be reclassified as a Contingent Asset.
