Obelix, that's true you didn't say those words. you said something along the lines of how applying a 10%, 20%, 30% or whatever % risk weighting to a npv was a strange concept, the only 'true' value was 100% npv, or $1b

do you know why short term 'noise' is so important for you ?

because it affected where you raise capital, and that affects dilution and that effects your break-even

do you know why mls didn't do a big raising in oct-nov11 and get things going properly straight away, before capital mkt completely closed ?

because they don't have the share register to raise real money.

and if your secret 30% big-deal shareholder was serious and about proving this up, they would have raised the money in a heart beat in oct-nov11

only they don't want to sink any more money into it. they want some else to pay for it. so they were looking at a jv, but it didn't come off, so they announced a teeny, tiny program and the fast money sold hard.

now everyone is back to square one hoping like hell the next hole hits so your not raising under 2c
