I wonder who the lucky recipients of these shares will be. Could it be the previously mentioned "boutique" company that is going to bring on a re-rate?

I sincerely hope that Torey knows what he's doing here. Given the fact that he's got a lot of skin in the game (almost 70m shares + 40m options if sp gets over 7c), I'm sure that he won't wittingly accept a dud deal, however, there are a lot of sharks out there who prey on emerging ASX listed companies. Let's hope that this deal is with a company maker and not a company breaker.
