Still possible. When did you get an update on their holdings? As Maka has shown, Mars have slowly crept up their holdings. It's possible the 17.5mil is outdated and they had increased to 20mil over the last few months. Then the volumes would match.
Doesn't really matter, other than it could point to more selling to come or that the selling is over. We'll figure that out soon enough anyway.
