re: Ann: Fundraising for working capital and ... Possibly CFU have already failed. In simple terms, they've not met production targets, nor revenue targets and are fast running out of money. They simply haven't been able to sell enough products for the company to survive.

On the other hand, they can still turn things around but they need to do so in the next 6 months. Up until this cap raising, and until the information contained in the last shareholder update, it seemed to me they were doing everything right. Obviously I was mistaken. If sales don't pick up drastically over the next 6 months, they will be too far down (in terms of SP, market confidence and lack of funding) to ever succeed.
