The problem with the shell theory is they have not stated they are looking to acquire a project. Rather they have stated they plan to go back to exploration. Maybe this is on the recently staked ground in Canada? Maybe they plan to buy some shovels and pans and spend the remaining 3 million panning for gold in the rivers? Maybe they have already done this: contracted a crew to go out and dig expensive holes?
One thing is clear: they still want to be Canada focused. HB must have settled in well over there and that is probably why he has not quit: because he would have to go back to Perth and face angry shareholders.
