im not interested in debating with you. Yes no one else has stepped up, however thats no reason for SDL not to apply pressure on hanlong/china. if they really want it then they will react . They have had 18 months, everyone has worked hard to make this work... either put up or .....Ann in the next two days should be simple - NDRC approves hanlong to T/O SDL.
lets wait and see?
