Not sure what the previous Thread was about but there will be plenty of small shareholders unhappy with how the Board is treating them on this takeover by not paying out the franking credits.

See article in AFR Street Talk this morning which says over 20cents of franking could be paid out. Major shareholder and directors probably doesn't care or don't know or can't be bothered looking after little guys, or have some scheme where there is no tax for them.
Every other takeover going on in the past month has had franking paid out with a dividend, why not this one??

No use to CHAMP because they are foreign - why else do they need FIRB approval.

Even the broker reports don't include the 20+ cents of franking lost when they say the valuation is okay
