All of what you say gibbo is why I've stayed with Rimfire as long as I have, your last paragraph is the one I especially agree with re the punters.
Going back a long time when their price was 3 1/2c and rising rapidly mainly to do with the work they were puting in with platinum recovery my profit from sales was very good. We all know the disasterous downturn in the market a few years ago which was my time to increase my holding quite a fair ammount at 008c. About your statement re a takeover you could be right but only after the deeper drilling has proven up a significant resource, this is what the larger companies prefer to do having all the time consuming work done for them.
