Well I just think at this price, this Poseidon may just be to attractive for WPL, and COP would not be averse to such a move.
After selling out quite some time ago, I am back today for a short-medium term hold with the view that if the SP does not go up 50% by the end of the year, KAR will be lining up for some serious corporate action.
