    Hi Kade, it's the Share Sale Facility responsible for batch selling on the open market.. Not specifically individual Canadians.

    I wrote about this a day or two ago in the post:
    "relevant share dumping, for the next 4 weeks."
    (It didn't get much attention or was bypassed quickly because of iggy's announcement a few hours after)
