Cardz, no idea. I believe that if AC knew something he would call a trading halt. The volumes are still low but that is more because there are no buyers.

Personally I do not believe that X would have said they want the option unless they were willing to put in some kind of bid. Given the rules of the option allow for third party valuation then they are pretty much trapped into buying.

Personally, I think the fall is solely due to the fact that I own the stock. Were I to sell it would instantly hit 50 cents.
