Settle down mate. If I had a $ for every time a company said that they were going to release an announcement and then deliver it late, I wouldn't need to play the stock market. What can be fraudulent about a resource upgrade? It is what it is - for good or bad. As for the quarterly, I follow 20 stocks closely and only one has released their report. Wait until the 31st - the last day is when most of them release.
