Would be no guarantee Vietnam is drilled by mid 2013, a possible request for extension is mentioned in the market briefing last month.
The market appears to attach little or no value to Paloma so likely the SP will dawdle for a while, could totter around 25-40 cents.
Will not hurt to park capital elsewhere medium term.
