re: Ann: Fundraising for working capital and ... This cap raising effort is not looking good and im interested to see what clause 1.20 of the prospectus says.

Q's I have (I Havent looked much at the response I got and posted yet - too busy at work)

How many units pa to become cash flow neutral?
does this 12 months operational cap raising leave CFCL in a cash flow neutral position or not?
Why wasn't the cap raising underwritten?
What are these other cap raising schemes?

Can anyone more savy answer these? or offer up any other questions we want answers to? Id be happy to write to CFCL
