Just has dinner with an analyst who works for a top 5 global miner ..a mate of mine..

We discussed SDL amongst other items, and he had taken a good look at NDRC and SDL / Hanlong deal.

He noted that the NDRC have never rejected a deal re the acquisition from a china soe or china company when acquiring a natural resource project in recent times..

I said no way..are you sure!! He said yes in their research....am trying to see if i can prove him wrong...

Dont know the total parameters but very intesting
