re: is there a difference between the 2? If I was a jew in Israel (and thankfully I am neither) and I had been under attack from Palestinian terrorists for decades then I would be a lot harsher towards Palestinians than the Israelis have been.
In fact in that situation if I had the means, atomic or otherwise, I would have exterminated the lot of them long ago.
