I would like as many participants as possible to come with me on a 'brain food challenge'...lets test it, and see if you notice a difference
and include your family, and friends in the challenge
see the links for the 20 foods that are brain foods...but there are more foods
I would like to know, if you make a point of eating some of these foods every day, and especially incorporate them into breakfast and lunch, then see if you can notice the difference....
does your brain work faster, clearer, overcome problems more easily....
and see if you can notice a difference with the children, the ones subject to testing
and if there is dementia some where in the family, it may ward off or reduce the problem for the rest of the family
my favourites are.....
avocado
tuna
green leafy vegies....mainly spinach and silverbeet
blueberries
coffee
beans
?? is cheese not on the list
careful with eggs, re cholesterol problems
I eat, or consume all at least weekly, but tuna and coffee are a daily, must have..
I intend to plan a daily diet, for this challenge, so that I eat all 5 of my fav foods, at least over a 2 day period..
eg day one,... avocado, tuna and spinach
day two,... tuna, beans and blueberries
ps if you drink alcohol, then you need extra brain food
I assume the brain food works in a short period of time, hence required, for work each day, but not required in the evening
