Matt as you haven't offered an alternative explanation to the scenarios put forward regarding the application then I must assume you agree one of them is correct.

On that basis it can not be looked at as a single focus scenario, its the way this whole game is being played with management decisions, and / or the way and manner the management is informing the share owners (company owners)about what is rearly goin on. Its about credibility of everything. Eg, SM said he does not see another capital raising happening. If you find error in whats been going on earlier in the year, up to now, then how can anything that is fed to shareholders be regarded as credable.

What is the point? Well if you can only use a forum such as this to get a message through, hoping others can see it in a similar manner, then short of expressing ones grievences at the AGM, there may be some notice taken by management. The result may be more accurate and informative reporting, rather than the "feeding the chickens"-Joe BJeke Peterson- we have been subject to.

I have asked twice on this forum, and have not recieved one alternative as to scenario's i put forward, clearing SM of gross stupidity or deliberately missleading investors. Surely among the overwhelming members of the SM camp someone can come up with something credable. I'm long term, and want to know this is being managed correctly and honestly.

Single focused? A long way off the mark.
