Check out the 3b. ECT accepted their $500k and in return issued Monash shares and options.
By implication, ECT will now have to continue to issue shares/options to Monash as they receive additional funds.
Monash could very well deposit the remainder any day/week.
The share price is currently trading at a 25% discount to what Monash paid. Despite this Monash thinks that 2c is still a fair and reasonable price - otherwise they would not have given ECT the funds today.
IMO, eventually the market will wake up.
