I agree in that NDRC approval is a major milestone yet lets be honest, we have had FIRB approval, massive resource upgrades, African govt support, Terms of Agreements etc yet our SP is heading backwards. I do appreciate the SP is being played with though.
AS an investor like everyone here, its all about SP growth. I would hope that the NDRC approval would be the catalyst for that growth however, history tells me at least, no matter which box is being ticked from this explorer to developer process it is still all about SDL/Hanlong/China getting the coin to move this project along from it's stagnate state.
I would love to be wrong and see the SP spike upon the anticipated NDRC approval. The SP may even reach where we were before many of the recent big box ticks occurred!
