gradalis applications dated 2007 (sorry I don't have
access here) you'll see the latest entry is the patent
fee due.
But again, don't get this confused with them not
needing Benitec licence, or even for that matter
thinking they don't.
If you follow the trial of prior art refs Im pretty certain
you will arrive at Graham, the big boy of shRNA patents.
Which by IP law makes the gradalis patents non inventive
to graham ddRNAi.
